NC gay man's house torched. The fire marshall noted racist & homophobic graffiti on the rear of the house. The fire left only the shell of the house with several inches of ash at the bottom. The arson is being investigated as a felony.

SB 1250 Tabled in PA

A resolution which would amend the PA state constitution to define marriage as between one man and one woman was tabled on May 6. The Senate Journal which notes the floor discussion on the matter should be available in early June (they seem to be on a 1 month delay).
